The state cultural institution "Center for Culture of Novopolotsk" (hereinafter — the Operator) ensures the protection of personal data of website users in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-Z "On Personal Data Protection".

• Full name of the parent (legal representative) or full name of the participant
• First name and last name of the child
• Date of birth of the child

• Enrolling the child in the selected collective
• Contacting the parent (or participant) to confirm enrollment
• Informing about the collective's events

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the consent of the personal data subject, obtained when filling out the online enrollment form.

5. Procedure for Data Processing

The Operator processes personal data as follows:

• Data collection is carried out through a form on the website
• Data is stored on the Operator's servers
• Only authorized employees have access to the data
• Data is not transferred to third parties

6. Data Retention Period

Personal data is stored during the entire period of the child's attendance at the collective, as well as for 3 years after the cessation of attendance for archival purposes.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right to:

• Receive information about the processing of your personal data
• Request clarification, blocking, or destruction of data
• Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
• Appeal the actions of the Operator in the manner established by law

8. Protection Measures

The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
